How to Get Rid of Cellulite
The absolute biggest secret that I can give you about getting rid of cellulite is, that you need to do intense workouts that develop lean body mass, while accompanied with a diet that supports lean muscle growth while at the same time having a calorie deficit.
I know that was a lot to put in one paragraph or secret about getting rid of cellulite, but you should go back and read it again and again until you grasp the concepts that are in there. Cellulite is fat! It is the result of of the buildup of excess fat. The more excess fat you have the more cellulite you have and the bigger, the larger, the wider, the deeper the cellulite dimples will be.
This is why you must develop lean muscle mass while at the same time creating a calorie deficit so that you lose fat. This is how you create a lean, toned, sexy body that you can be proud of.
Intense Cellulite Workouts
The reason you want your workouts to be intense is because intense workouts burn the most calories in the least amount of time. They also develop lean muscle mass which will also help you to increase your metabolism which is your natural fat burning machine. Increasing your metabolism is critical to burning fat. And burning fat reduces cellulite. It is possible to reduce cellulite and then eliminated.
Cellulite Diet
As I said earlier your cellulite diet must be one that supports lean muscle mass and growth, while at the same time helping you to create a calorie deficit.
This allows you to keep your lean muscle while burning fat… Build the muscle burn the fat! In order to support lean muscle mass you will need the protein, but I wouldn’t just focus on any protein. It should be protein that comes from sources that are low fat and lean.
As the saying goes you are what you eat. If you eat protein that comes from fatty sources then you will become more fatty and then you won’t get rid of cellulite. Your diet should also be high in “low calorie” foods such as vegetables and fruits which are naturally low in calories but high in nutrition, vitamins, and minerals.
In his blog post I given you some simple tips, but extremely powerful when put to use consistently for week or two at a time. It is possible to get rid of 2 to 3 pounds of cellulite every single week by just following the tips that I just gave you.
Get Rid of Cellulite Exercises are extremely important for getting rid of cellulite for two major reasons.
If you want to get rid of cellulite you have to build muscle and burn the fat. And exercises, accomplish both of those in one fell swoop. Exercises can help you build lean muscle, create a calorie deficit by burning excess energy (calories), and in raising your metabolism.
The most important exercises to do are exercises that target large muscle groups, exercises that burn a lot of calories, and exercises that develop lean muscle mass altogether.
Get Rid of Cellulite Exercises
My favorite, and absolute best exercise that there is for getting rid of cellulite is interval sprinting. Sprinting is intense, it develops every major muscle and small muscle of the lower body including the lower back and abdominal muscles. It develops the shoulder muscles and back muscles.
It burns a lot of calories in a very short amount of time. It doesn’t cost anything and you can do it no matter where you live. It is the ultimate exercise.
In the weight room the best exercise that you can do that would help you to get rid of cellulite is a squat press. This exercise can be done with dumbbells, a barbell, no weights at all, or bag of sugar as far as I’m concerned. It’s simply doing a squat and then pressing some type of weight above your head after you finish at the top of the squat.
This exercise works most of the muscles in the lower body and all of the large muscles and it also works most all the muscles in the back both small and large, it targets the shoulder muscles, triceps, and some neck muscles also. Your abdominal muscles slightly come into play also because they must stabilize you as you’re doing this lift.
And last but not least one of my other favorite exercises because it burns a lot of calories, while working every major muscle in the body… is rowing. Whether you’re rowing on water or rowing with an indoor rower they are very few exercises that can match the ability and capability of how many calories you can burn using a rowing machine.
A rowing machine works the legs, but, also every major back muscle, and your biceps, and your abs. It also helps you be healthier by developing cardiovascular strength. It’s one of my other three main ultimate exercises.
I hope that you enjoyed this article about how to get rid of cellulite with these three main get rid of cellulite exercises.
