If you want to get rid of fat (cellulite) then you are in the right place because I am going to reveal the secrets to doing just that.

If you’re not a Do This To Get Rid Of Cellulite member, then you are probably wondering why in the heck am I writing a post about how to get rid of fat on a how to get rid of cellulite blog.

Well, it’s because cellulite is fat. Cellulite is excess fat. So, in order to get rid of cellulite, you have to get rid of fat.

That’s the real fight. It’s against fat, not cellulite per se.

I guess you can say cellulite is a “by product” of having excess fat.

How To Get Rid Of Fat – 2 Secrets

1. Create a consistent daily calorie deficit while eating enough protein to maintain lean muscle mass. About 3,500 calories is a pound of fat. If you want to lose 2 pounds of fat every 7 days, then you need to create a weekly calorie deficit of 7,000 calories.

2. Exercise to build lean muscle mass. Do exercises that build lean muscle mass. Focus on large muscle groups first. These exercises that workout the large muscle groups burn the most calories per amount of time worked, and they help to increase your metabolism the most. Having a high metabolism is the key to burning fat while at rest and burning more fat while you workout.

This is a short, but very powerful post. Please pay close attention to what I have said and outlined in this post as it will help you discover how to get rid of fat fast.

To Your Immediate and Lasting Cellulite Success,

Kenney

Wait a minute…if I need to burn off 7,000 more calories each week than I take in that would mean burning around 21,000 a week or in other words running around 3-4 hours a day…right?

@WalterC: Hey Walter. To answer your question, No.

Creating a calorie deficit isn’t done with just working out or exercising. The biggest change that you can make will be with your diet. Many people take in thousands more calories than they think that they do, especially if you eat out a lot. If you’re not eating at least 2 or your 3 major meals from home you’re probably wasting hundreds of calories per meal. That would be the first place that I would start.

Next, everything that you eat takes calories to digest. For instance, lean protein takes about 30% of the calories of that meal to digest. Meaning if you ate a 300 calorie chicken breast it would take approx. 90 calories just to digest it. This helps a lot. Fat is only like 3% or so.

Next thing to keep in consideration is that if you are developing lean muscle mass, you are increasing your metabolism. Your metabolism accounts for about 70% of the total calories that you burn in a day. The more lean muscle you have the higher your metabolism will be and the more calories you will burn without working out.

Next is exercising for calorie burn. If you’re are doing exercises that are high in intensity, and developing lean muscle, then you won’t have to work out long to burn a lot of calories. Forget the workout slow “Fat Burning Zone” that you see on the treadmill screen. The harder more intense that you work out the more calories you will burn during that time working out.

That’s what it’s all about… The Calorie Deficit. There many major ways that that can be effected.

Plus the heavier you are the more calories you burn just living and working out because it takes more energy to maintain. This is why heavier people loss weight a lot faster.

I hope this sheds a little more light on the subject. Don’t get discouraged, you’ll be shocked at how fast you can really lose the fat. You’ll be shocked at how fast the calories add up too for good or bad.

@WalterC: Hey Walter it’s Kenney again. Just wanted to add one more thing… How much fat are you trying to shed? 7,000 calories is about 2 pounds of fat. Losing 2 pounds of pure fat a week is a really good number. But you can lose a lot more. 21,000 would be 6 pounds a week. Doable depending on your body size and the fat lose needed, but will take a lot of concentrated effort.

Don’t forget about having a “cheat day” every 7 or 8 days. This will help your body to stay out of starvation mode and keep burning fat.
