I don’t know what’s more frustrating having thigh cellulite, stomach cellulite, or butt cellulite. I guess it just depends on the day, what you’re trying to wear, or which way the mirror is facing.

If you want to get rid of cellulite, you have to get rid of excess fat. A normal amount of fat is healthy and needed, but surplus fat is what causes cellulite. The more surplus fat that you have the more dimples you will have and the larger they will be.
Getting in the fat zone doesn’t work. If you want to get rid of cellulite on your thighs you have got to do intense workouts that not only burn a lot of calories during your workout, but also build lean muscle and effective post workout calorie burn. These types of workouts also raise your metabolism which is the biggest factor in burning total calories every day.
Dieting To Reduce Cellulite
You’re diet is sooo important. In order to lose weight you have to create a calorie deficit, in order to lose fat your have to also maintain lean muscle with your protein intake. Well all of this is effected by our diet. Your diet should be high in lean protein sources, low in fat, and balanced in carbohydrates.
Exercises That Get Rid Of Thigh Cellulite
The absolute best workout that you can do to combat thigh cellulite is interval sprinting. You don’t have to be some high school champion sprinter either. Just running at 85%+ of your max for 30 second intervals. If that’s to long, then start with 5 or 10 seconds and work up to 30 seconds. Take 1 minute to 2 minutes rest and go again.
A workout that you can do on a separate day could be a running interval where you run at 70% of your max for one minute and then jog for 1-2 minutes and repeat for a total of 20+ minutes.
If you can’t jog in between at first then that’s okay, walk. Work up to jogging in between. Learn to make adjustments, but keep on working toward your goals.
The best weight lifting exercise is squats hands down. Squats are a complete leg workout. Doing 6 sets of 8-12 which includes a warm up set of 15, will prove to be a great workout.
