			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Here&#8217;s exercises to get rid of love handles, that only take 10 total minutes to do, and that you only have to do 3 times per week.</p>
<p>The exercises that you have to do to get rid of love handles is actually quite &#8220;counter-intuitive&#8221; to what it seems like should be done.  Doing sit ups &amp; crunches (or variations of these) alone aren&#8217;t very effective in helping you to get rid of love handles.</p>
<p><a href="http://dothistogetridofcellulite.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2012/03/exercises-to-get-rid-of-love-handles.jpg"><img class="alignright size-full wp-image-339" title="exercises-to-get-rid-of-love-handles" src="/wp-content/uploads/2012/03/exercises-to-get-rid-of-love-handles.jpg" alt="exercises to get rid of love handles" width="350" height="233" /></a>The reason is because your body stores &amp; burns fat where it wants to, and we have little control over when and where it does that.  So, we have to put our focus on &#8220;burning fat&#8221; and let the body burn it from where it may.  The goal then is to get your &#8220;body fat&#8221; percentage below 20%, while building lean ab muscle too.</p>
<p><strong>Exercises To Get Rid Of Love Handles</strong></p>
<p><em>Squat press burn out.</em>  A squat press is pretty close to what the name says.  You do a squat, then holding a pair of dumbbells (or anything with weight) by your shoulders, you do a press above your head at the top of your squat.  Repeat this for until you could only be able with good tempo to do one more (that&#8217;s the &#8220;burn out&#8221;).  Take a 2 minute break and repeat.  This is such a great exercise because it works all of your major muscles, burns a heck of a lot of fat, and even builds lean muscle in the love handle area.  You only need to do this exercise 4-5 times.</p>
<p><em>Wide leg &#8220;Tip Overs&#8221;.</em>  This is a pretty cool workout that I discovered one time when I injured the muscle and ligament that runs along the underneath of my bottom rib on my left side. When I was going through rehab to strengthen the area we created this exercise.  Stand up tall spread your till the inside of your feet is about 2&#8243; on the outside of your shoulders.  Then put your hands together and lift them above your head and make them straight.  Now keeping your shoulders and hips parallel, &#8220;tip over&#8221; to your right, then to your left.  It takes all of the muscle along your side to lower and lift your body from the tipped over position to straight.  You can also do this with weight.</p>
<p><em>Burpie Jumps.</em>  Do a burpie (stand, then squat, tilt forward and go into a push-up position, then bring your knees back to your chest and stand up) then as you are coming back to a standing position from the ground, explode up and jump.  Land the jump and go straight into a burpie again.  This is a great workout for working all of your lower body, back, chest, and stomach.  You can also do these with dumbbells.</p>
<p><em>In-Place Sprinting. </em> This is one of the toughest and most overlooked exercises.  Get your timer ready, then start running in place.  Focus on getting good knee lift, working your arms, and getting your feet on and off the ground as fast as possible.  This is a challenging exercise if taken seriously, and works every major muscle in the body, while burning so many calories and developing lean muscle.  Run hard for 20 seconds, then break for 40 seconds.  Repeat this 8 times.</p>
<p><strong>The 10 Minute Workout</strong></p>
<p>Now we are going to put the exercises all together in one great 10 minute workout that gets rid of love handles.  What we are going to do is turn them into a circuit.</p>
<p>To keep it easy, we are going to do each exercise for 20 seconds, then go to the next with no rest (squat press, wide leg tip overs, burpie jumps, then in-place running).  Now take a 40 second rest, and repeat.  That is considered to be 1 set.  We want to do 5 sets or circuits.  That is exactly 10 minutes and you are done.</p>
<p>What must accompany the plan, a balanced diet.  A balanced diet is critical to actually being successful and getting the most out of the exercises.  You can workout till the cows come home, but if you don&#8217;t eat enough carbs for energy and enough protein to supplement your lean muscle developing exercises, it&#8217;s all for nothing.  Your diet is critical (if for nothing else but to supplement your workouts) in getting rid of love handles, developing lean muscle, recovery, increasing metabolism, and getting rid of cellulite.</p>
<p>Now that you have the exercises to get rid of love handles and an exact plan to follow, you can try the workout right now.  You have a few minutes because you are here reading this right now.  Try it.  Just get up right now and see how it goes.  It&#8217;ll be fun and spontaneous and you will have the positive energy in that you have already started to work towards your goals.</p>

<p>Getting rid of cellulite can be a challenge if you don&#8217;t take action on the right information.  But if you do, then getting rid of cellulite is a cinch, and it won&#8217;t come back.</p>
<h2>Hands Down The Best Cellulite Exercise</h2>
<p>There is no doubt that interval running/sprinting is hands down the best cellulite exercise.  Have you ever looked at a woman sprinter before?  I guarantee that you have never seen a real sprinter with cellulite before.</p>
<p>There is a reason for that.  Sprinting works &amp; develops every single muscle in the body and you get great health benefits from it to.  Even women who &#8220;body build&#8221; for a living recommend sprinting to develop great legs.  Unlike most every other exercise, in sprinting you work every single muscle.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Why is this important?</span></p>
<p>Developing lean muscle (especially in your lower body) is key to getting rid of cellulite.  Cellulite is caused by excess fat that is usually stored in your troubled areas (thighs, behind your leg, and butt).  Then as the excess fat builds up in those areas it pushes towards the surface so to speak.  As it pushes up through these connective tissues &amp; fibers that hold your skin on, it creates the dimpled appearance we call cellulite.  The problem isn&#8217;t the connective fibers and tissues, it&#8217;s the fat.</p>
<p>Getting rid of the fat will get rid the cellulite.  It&#8217;s a matter of changing your body composition.  More lean muscle equals less fat and no cellulite.</p>
<p>So, back to interval running and sprinting&#8230; it builds lean muscle like no other workout can in your lower body, upper body, and has some really good health benefits along the way.</p>
<p>You don&#8217;t have to do much, just 15, six second sprints is plenty.  You can do this once or twice per week at the track or on a grass field or on sandy beach.  Now that isn&#8217;t so hard is it?</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">So, what&#8217;s the alternative exercise?</span></p>
<p><strong>Squat presses!</strong></p>
<p>I love this workout and it is one of the best home exercises there is for getting rid cellulite fast.  What you do is get a chair and put it behind you.  Then grab yourself some sort of weight (dumbbells) that you can hold in each hand.  Now do a squat (sit in the chair) and on your way back to a standing position press the weight above your head.</p>
<p>This exercise works your butt, hamstrings, thighs, back, arms, triceps, lats, lower back, and your stabilizer muscles and it can be done at home or in the gym.  It&#8217;s easy on the body and can be done on the go or while you are traveling.</p>
<p>Try adding this exercise into your routine two times per week.  Do six sets of 15-20 repetitions.</p>
<p>Don&#8217;t forget the protein.</p>
<p>You can work out till kingdom come, but you will get very little benefit out of it if you don&#8217;t eat enough protein to support muscle development.  It doesn&#8217;t take a lot.  I just ask that you eat a balanced diet.  A balanced diet is 40% protein, 40% carbohydrates, and 20% fats.</p>
<p>Try and eat protein (a small amount) at every meal.  Also try and eat &#8220;good&#8221; carb and &#8220;good&#8221; fats when you have them.</p>

<p>In order to get rid of your cellulite you should know that you will have to build lean muscle (especially in the areas where you have cellulite) and burn your excess body fat.  These exercises help you to do just that &amp; you can do them from home.</p>
<h2>Cellulite Reducing Exercises That Actually Work</h2>
<p><strong>Exercise #1:</strong>  Interval Jump Roping.  I know when you were a girl you probably use to jump rope or do some double Dutch for fun with the girls.  Well, who knew that jump roping would be such a great workout later in life that can help to get rid of cellulite?  Well, it is.  But there is a slight key to making it effective in getting rid of cellulite.  That is to use intervals.  Jump rope for 1 minute hard &amp; then take 20 seconds off.  Repeat for 15 minutes.  During that time you can mix in double leg jumps and single leg jumps.</p>
<p><strong>Exercise #2: </strong> Full Body Weight Squats.  One of the biggest crazes right now is home fitness.  You really don&#8217;t need a &#8220;gym membership&#8221; to get in the best shape of your life right now.  You can easily do it at home, in any room that you have available.  One of the absolute best exercises that you can do is &#8220;full body weight squats&#8221;.  This exercise works the entire lower body, and more importantly your trouble areas (butt, thighs, hamstrings).  You know… the areas that you have cellulite.  The one caution to this exercise is that you have to be careful at the bottom of your squat to keep your knees behind your toes so that you don&#8217;t put to much pressure on them.  It&#8217;s good to do 4-6 sets of 10-15 with a 1 minute break in between to start.</p>
<p><strong>Exercise #3:</strong>  Double knee hops.  This one is fun and challenging.  What you do here is stand with your feet body width apart, and jump.  While in the air you want to bend and lift both of your knees into a tuck position and up to your stomach.  You keep repeating this &#8220;jump tuck&#8221; position over and over for 20 seconds to start.  Then take a 20 second break and repeat.  Do this exercise for 5 total minutes.  Like I said, it is challenging (but fun &amp; effective).</p>
<p>Now that you know a few <em>cellulite reducing exercises</em> that will help you to burn fat fast, slim &amp; tone your lower body, and feel great about your physical self, you can get started taking action right now.  Don&#8217;t put off tomorrow what you can do today.</p>

<p>The most important exercises to do are exercises that target large muscle groups, exercises that burn a lot of calories, and exercises that develop lean muscle mass altogether.</p>
<p><strong>Get Rid of Cellulite Exercises</strong></p>
<p>My favorite, and the absolute best exercise that there is for getting rid of cellulite is interval sprinting. Sprinting is intense, it develops every major muscle and small muscle of the lower body including the lower back and abdominal muscles. It develops the shoulder muscles and back muscles.</p>
<p>It burns a lot of calories in a very short amount of time. It doesn’t cost anything and you can do it no matter where you live. It is the ultimate exercise.</p>
<p>In the weight room the best exercise that you can do that would help you to get rid of cellulite is a squat press. This exercise can be done with dumbbells, a barbell, no weights at all, or bag of sugar as far as I’m concerned. It’s simply doing a squat and then pressing some type of weight above your head after you finish at the top of the squat.</p>
<p>This exercise works most of the muscles in the lower body and all of the large muscles and it also works most all the muscles in the back both small and large, it targets the shoulder muscles, triceps, and some neck muscles also. Your abdominal muscles slightly come into play also because they must stabilize you as you’re doing this lift.</p>
<p>And last but not least one of my other favorite exercises because it burns a lot of calories while working every major muscle in the body… is rowing. Whether you’re rowing on water or rowing with an indoor rower they are very few exercises that can match the ability and capability of how many calories you can burn using a rowing machine.</p>
<p>A rowing machine works the legs, but, also every major back muscle, your biceps, your abs, your thighs, calves, hamstrings, and your bum. It also helps you live healthier by developing cardiovascular strength. It’s one of my three main ultimate exercises.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>With the hype and popularity of pilates, there are a lot of questions about pilates&#8217; ability to shape, tone, and lift your body&#8230;  Is pilates a great work out?  Where should it fit into my workout?  &#8220;Does pilates burn fat?&#8221;</p>
<p>I don’t mean to be mean or hurt to anyone’s feelings, but “pilates does not burn fat”. Well let me explain.</p>
<p><strong>Pilates Fat Burn</strong></p>
<p>Anything you do in life burns fat. Sitting in your chair watching TV burns fat. Well, let’s be more clear, it burns calories, and your body takes those calories from fat that has been stored in your body or from food that you have consumed recently. </p>
<p>So, the more active your are, or the more energy that your activity calls for the more calories (fat) you will burn.</p>
<p>Pilates doesn’t take that much energy. Yeah, some of the moves are difficult, but that doesn’t mean that it takes a lot of energy to do them.</p>
<p><em>Is Pilates a good workout?</em></p>
<p>Yes, it is a good workout, but don’t count on it to burn up a lot of calories, and don’t expect to lose a lot of weight or fat fast either. It will just take more time. Pilates is good for strengthening stabilizer muscles, flexibility, in between recovery workouts, relaxation, and for people who are rehabilitating from injury or elderly. But even for elderly there are far greater workouts for burning fat.</p>
<p>Pilates is of a low intensity and low intensity workouts just don’t burn a lot of fat. That’s where advertisers have lied and tricked consumers. If you have 3 days a week to workout I wouldn’t use pilates at all.</p>
<p><strong>How To Use Pilates In Your Workout Routine</strong></p>
<p>Honestly, it depends on your goals. If you’re really trying to burn fat fast &#038; are very limited on time, I wouldn’t use pilates at all really, unless you just love it and don’t want to let it go, then I might use it as a fourth or fifth workout of the week or use it between workout days.</p>
<p>If you want to burn fat, then you need to focus on high intensity workouts that build lean muscle. This is the key to getting rid of fat (cellulite). I stress this all the time to my Do This To Get Rid Of Cellulite readers. You have to do exercises that burn a lot of calories &#038; build lean muscle.</p>
<p>Exercises like interval running, weight lifting circuits, and interval rowing and do them with high intensity. This is how you get rid of cellulite, how you burn fat, how you get lean, thin and sexy. If you do it right, then these types of workouts are shorter, but more effective. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>If you have a tummy that you’re not proud of and would like to know how to flatten your tummy, then you may be on the most important post you’ve been on all day.</p>
<p>In this post I will answer the question that is frustrating you: <em>“how do I flatten my tummy”</em>.</p>
<p>It can be frustrating trying to thin your waist line and look cute in your skinny jeans or bikini if you have a pouch or fat around your stomach.</p>
<p>Here’s how to get rid of it.</p>
<p><strong>How To Flatten Your Tummy</strong></p>
<p>The first thing that you must do is check your desire. This information is for people that really want this and that are ready to take action. If you’re just surfing and really don’t have any real desire to do some work, then maybe this info isn’t for you.</p>
<p>If you want to have the motivation, but can’t seem to get it into gear, then start by writing out your goals and why they are extremely important to you. Then read them aloud everyday, even two or three times a day until it becomes ingrained into Your brain. Your way of thinking. Your life.</p>
<p>Secondly you’ll want to create a calorie deficit. This is of the utmost importance if you want to start to lose weight. A calorie deficit is simply just burning more calories than you consume daily.</p>
<p>You burn a majority of your calories by just being alive. It’s what we call your metabolism. You probably use up 65-80% of all of your calories in a day just by being alive. You burn up another 10% or so from digestion and the rest through some sort of physical activity.</p>
<p>Now everyone of these can be altered to play in your favor.</p>
<p>The single biggest factor in increasing your metabolism is increasing your bodies lean muscle mass. The more lean body mass you have (muscle) the higher your metabolism will be and the more calories you will burn while at rest.</p>
<p>You can increase the amount of calories you burn in digestion simply by changing the types of foods you eat and how they are cooked.</p>
<p>For instance, protein takes about 30% of it’s total calories to be digested. If you eat 100 calories of protein it will take about 30 calories to digest.</p>
<p>It’s 20% or so for carbohydrates and 3% or so for fats. This is one more reason that fatty foods just aren’t good for you, especially if you want to flatten your tummy.</p>
<p>Then there’s is physical activity. Physical activity is extremely important, but not just for the reasons that you have been taught. You probably think that the main reason that you should do physical activity (exercise or workout), is because you want to burn left over calories during your workout.</p>
<p>That is actually the second reason that you are exercising. The foremost reason you should workout is so that you can build lean muscle so that you increase your metabolism so that you can burn even more calories all day not just during workouts.</p>
<p>It just so happens that exercises that build lean muscle also happen to burn a lot of calories during them too.</p>
<p><strong>How To Get A Flat Stomach In One Month</strong></p>
<p>So, now you have the basics of what to do to get a flat stomach, burn calories, and get rid of fat.</p>
<p>Here’s how to do it fast, how to get a flat stomach in one month.</p>
<p>1. Write down your goal statement and read it daily.</p>
<p>2. Eat meals that are high in protein and low in fat. Preferably organic and cooked at home. The food you consume or the total calories you eat are the greatest factor in helping you to create a calorie deficit. A pound of fat is about 3,500 calories. Meaning if you were to create a calorie deficit of 750 a day you would lose a pound of fat every 4-5 days.</p>
<p>3. Focus on workouts that will increase your lean body mass. Make sure to workout your stomach at least 3 days a week. The workout for your stomach would go something like: 3 sets of crunches to failure and 2 sets of sit ups to failure. Going to failure means doing a set until your can’t do anymore or until your form breaks down. Fat is the issue, and muscle is how you combat it, whether you’re trying to get a flat tummy or if you’re trying to learn how to get rid of cellulite.</p>
<p>You’d be wise to use a ab machine like the ab roller. Now in all this talking I haven’t said much about working out the stomach have I? That’s because you’re main focus should not be directly on your stomach, but on burning fat. This will get rid of fat in your stomach area and indirectly flattens your tummy. Now, you have a great stomach workout to do right after working out the rest of your body. Take at least 36 hours between stomach workouts.</p>

<p>Cellulite is fat. It’s a build up of excess fat. That is your fight. It’s the fat that accumulates and enough excess creates those dimples that you so hate. The dimples that caused you to search for how to get rid of cellulite.</p>
<p><strong>How Can I Get Rid Of Cellulite</strong></p>
<p>The shear fact that you asked that question tells me that you do believe that you can get rid of cellulite, but you’re wondering how to do it. So, I will start right there.</p>
<p>Although there are many products out there that claim to help you get rid of cellulite, almost every single one of them is false. Most of them, if not all, attempt to help you cover up cellulite, and aren’t even successful at that.</p>
<p>The real way to get rid of cellulite takes some work and dedication, but is free and just takes your time.</p>
<p>As I said earlier if you want to get rid of cellulite you are really fighting fat. Not all fat is bad, just the excess fat that causes the cellulite.</p>
<p><strong>Low Fat Cellulite Eliminating Diets</strong></p>
<p>First you will want to change your diet. You have to start eating foods that are low in fat. Now I don’t mean “low fat” foods. Those are usually processed pieces of death. When I say low fat I mean foods that are organic, natural, unprocessed and cooked at home.</p>
<p>Cooking or preparing foods and meals at home is the number way that you can eat and enjoy foods that you like and desire, but that are lower in fat because of the way that they are cooked.</p>
<p>For instance: A hamburger cooked at home can be 150-600 calories less just by using the right types of meats and cooking them in “good” oils or no oil at all (i.e Bar-B-Que)</p>
<p><strong>Exercising To Get Rid Of Dimples</strong></p>
<p>The next step is to add an exercise program. This is what separates that women from the girls. Not wanting to exercise is why most ladies find them selves on a operating table, getting sucked by a vacuum, or trying insane and dangerous pills. And guess what, that doesn’t work, it’s not the answer. This generally causes more problems and they find themselves in a never ending loophole all because they wanted to skip this step.</p>
<p>If you do this right you will be able to eat what you want, when you want, and still keep the cellulite from coming back. This is the key.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hey what’s up everybody? Hope you’re doing great. Sorry it’s been a while since I have posted, I have been working on updating the blog, the How To Get Rid Of Cellulite Program and so many other things to help you.</p>
<p>Actually we are in the works of adding a monthly membership that will have video workouts and eating plans and other cool stuff like that too. (Maybe even personal coaching, not sure yet <img src='http://dothistogetridofcellulite.com/blog/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>If you want to get rid of cellulite then you will have to build lean muscle. Lean muscle is the key to increasing your metabolism, burning fat, and getting rid of cellulite.</p>
<p><strong>Get Rid Of Cellulite – 3 Great Exercises</strong></p>
<p>Here are a few really great exercises that will help you to eliminate cellulite.</p>
<p><strong>1. Squats. I love squats.</strong> They are fabulous for working out the legs, butt, hips, torso, the total lower body. Now you don’t have to go to a gym to do squats, you can do them from the comfort of your own home. You can do them with a barbell, with dumbbells, or without weight at all. As a matter of fact most of you will start doing them with no weight at all (just body weight).</p>
<p><strong>Tip:</strong> Make sure that when you do squats that you start the movement with your butt (your hips). This will help you to keep your knees from going out pass the front of you toes. When you are in the full squat position you don’t want your knees pass your toes because it causes extra strain on them and there is no need to get injured. If you aren’t flexible enough to do a full squat that’s ok, just start with a half or quarter squat until you get more flexible.</p>
<p><strong>2. Rowing.</strong> I love rowing too. <img src='http://dothistogetridofcellulite.com/blog/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';)' class='wp-smiley' />  It is a total body exercise that is easy on the body. But don’t get confused, it’s a heck of a workout. You are working your full body here. You are burning a heck of a lot of calories in a short amount of time, and you are building lean muscle in your entire body. That’s exactly what you want to do. Burn the fat build the muscle. Not Bulky muscle, just lean sexy fat burning muscle.</p>
<p><strong>3. Walking.</strong> Believe it or not, walking is a great way to burn some cals and get in shape. It’s a great lead in to jogging and interval running, which if you own Do This To Get Rid Of Cellulite, you know how much of a fan I am of interval running. Walking takes a little longer to burn the calories, but in the end it’s still the battle of total calories in versus total calories out, and if you win that battle while maintaining lean muscle mass with your diet and exercise then you win the cellulite battle.</p>

<p>This is why you must use your diet to support development lean muscle mass while at the same time creating a calorie deficit so that you lose fat, but keep the muscle. This is how you create a lean, toned, sexy body that you can be proud of.</p>
<p><strong>Short, But Intense Cellulite Workouts</strong></p>
<p>The reason you want your workouts to be intense is because intense workouts burn the most calories in the least amount of time. They also develop lean muscle mass which will also help you to increase your metabolism which is your natural fat burning machine. Increasing your metabolism is critical to burning fat. And burning fat reduces cellulite. It is possible to reduce cellulite and then eliminate it.</p>
<p><strong>Cellulite Diet</strong></p>
<p>As I said earlier your cellulite diet must be one that supports lean muscle mass and growth, while at the same time helping you to create a calorie deficit.</p>
<p>This allows you to keep your lean muscle while burning fat… Build the muscle burn the fat! In order to support lean muscle mass you will need protein, but I wouldn’t just focus on any protein. It should be protein that comes from sources that are low fat and lean.</p>
<p>As the saying goes you are what you eat. If you eat protein that comes from fatty sources then you will become more fatty and then you won’t get rid of cellulite. Your diet should also be high in “low calorie” foods such as vegetables and fruits which are naturally low in calories, but high in nutrition, vitamins, and minerals.</p>
<p>In his blog post I given you some simple tips, but extremely powerful when put to use consistently for week or two at a time. It is possible to get rid of 2 to 3 pounds of cellulite every single week by just following the tips that I just gave you.</p>
