			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Cellulite is a pain in the butt, no pun intended.  It is frustrating and devastates self confidence.  It is possible to get rid of cellulite if you follow these simple tips.</p>
<p>Tip #1:  If you like your weight, but have cellulite, then your focus is to change your body composition.  You need to change your body fat into lean muscle.</p>
<p>Tip #2:  If you weigh more than you like and have cellulite, then your focus is two fold.  You need to create a calorie deficit so that you can lose weight while at the same time feeding your muscle so that you can change your body composition at the same time.</p>
<p>Tip #3:  Your daily plates should be mostly <span id="more-218"></span>protein based and have at least two servings of veggies and fruits.</p>
<p>Tip #4:  Don&#8217;t eat any foods white in color for at least 6 straight days.  You can have a cheat day every 7th day and on that day you can eat what you want.</p>
<p>Tip #5:  You will have to workout if you want to gain lean muscle mass and get some shape to your body.  The point is to tone up and get sexy and lean &#038; to turn up your natural fat burning machine.</p>
<p>Tip #6:  Don&#8217;t procrastinate.  Everyday that you wait your cellulite will get worse.  You have to start to put these tips to work immediately or you are just digging yourself into a larger and bigger hole.</p>
<p>Getting rid of cellulite is really a lot easier than you think if you are ready and willing to put in the work.  Sorry, there is no magic pill or cream.  Those just don&#8217;t work. Cellulite is fat! It is the result of of the buildup of excess fat. The more excess fat you have the more cellulite you have and the bigger, the larger, the wider, the deeper the cellulite dimples will be.</p>
<p>This is why you must develop lean muscle mass while at the same time creating a calorie deficit so that you lose fat. This is how you create a lean, toned, sexy body that you can be proud of.</p>
<p><strong>Intense Cellulite Workouts</strong></p>
<p>The reason you want your workouts to be intense is because intense workouts burn the most calories in the least amount of time. They also develop lean muscle mass which will also help you to increase your metabolism which is your natural fat burning machine. Increasing your metabolism is critical to burning fat. And burning fat reduces cellulite. It is possible to reduce cellulite and then eliminated.</p>
<p><strong>Cellulite Diet</strong></p>
<p>As I said earlier your cellulite diet must be one that supports lean muscle mass and growth, while at the same time helping you to create a calorie deficit. </p>
<p>This allows you to keep your lean muscle while burning fat&#8230; Build the muscle burn the fat! In order to support lean muscle mass you will need the protein, but I wouldn&#8217;t just focus on any protein. It should be protein that comes from sources that are low fat and lean. </p>
<p><em>As the saying goes you are what you eat.</em> If you eat protein that comes from fatty sources then you will become more fatty and then you won&#8217;t get rid of cellulite. Your diet should also be high in &#8220;low calorie&#8221; foods <em>such as vegetables and fruits</em> which are <em>naturally low in calories</em> but high in nutrition, vitamins, and minerals.</p>

<p>There are three major ways to burn fat. The first one is naturally through your own fat burning metabolism. Your metabolism is the single greatest factor in burning calories and thus burning fat. Calories are energy and fat is created from an excess or surplus of leftover energy from the day.</p>

<p>The next big factor in burning fat is your calorie consumption and from where your calories come. You have to cut back on your total calories while eating enough to maintain lean muscle mass, and be satiated. All the food you eat should still taste good the good and enjoyable.</p>
<p>And the next greatest factor in burning fat and getting rid of cellulite is the amount of calories you burn during a workout or exercise. It&#8217;s these calories that you burn that are usually left over and over time turned into fat, which turns in cellulite. <p>In this post I want to tell you how to lose ten pounds fast.  You might be wondering why in the world would I put this info on a <a href="http://dothistogetridofcellulite.com">how to get rid of cellulite</a> blog&#8230; but there is a reason.</p>
<p>Many women that arrive at this blog are looking to get rid of cellulite, but should be focusing on weight loss as a whole.  Now my cellulite secrets will work regardless because they help you lose fat, I just wanted to make a post that targeted women who specifically need to lose weight as their focus and not just cellulite.</p>
<p>Let&#8217;s get started.</p>
<h1>How To Lose Ten Pounds Fast</h1>
<p><strong>3 Day Juice Fast</strong></p>
<p>If you want to lose weight the very first thing that you should do is a total body cleanse.  Why?  If you need to lose weight you first want to get rid of the excess waste in your body quickly so that you can lose as much weight as possible.</p>
<p>If you need to lose weight there is a very good chance that your digestive system is off track and this will fix it.  It&#8217;s said that unhealthy processed food can sit in your colon for 5 to 20+ years.  This is not good, and just doing a colon cleanse alone can help you to lose quite a bit of weight right off the bat.</p>
<p>Also doing a colon cleanse helps you to be able to absorb more nutrients from meals that you eat which is sooo important.  This is helpful because it keeps you from overeating for no reason.  See, if you don&#8217;t get all the nutrients your body needs it won&#8217;t turn off the hunger signal causing you to overeat.</p>
<p>A cleanse will also help you to correct or reset your metabolism which is largely controlled by your hypothalamus &#038; thyroid glands.  Having a high metabolism is the single greatest factor in burning more calories.</p>
<p>I recommend doing a 3 day juice fast of some sort.  Usually involves rotating a 8oz glass of water and 8oz glass of juice every 30 minutes all day, then eating as many apples as you want at 6:00 pm.  You do this for 3 days.  I love this cleanse and has worked wonders for me and my wife.  Before you do this do more research on the fast itself.  This is the jist of it.</p>
<p>By the end of whatever cleanse you have chosen to do you will probably have lost 3-8 pounds and be well hydrated.</p>
<p><strong>How To Lose Ten Pounds Diet</strong></p>
<p>Next step is to correct your diet.  In order to lose weight you have to have less calories in than you do out.  If you can accomplish this you will lose weight.  The more that you can repeat this the more you will lose weight over time.</p>

<p>Do you know that you need carbs?  Yes, you can cut back the carbs and should.  You only need to eat enough carbs to cover your energy expenditure for the day.  But you need to eat enough carbs to cover normal body functions everyday.  Your body need carbs to function properly.</p>
<p>If you don&#8217;t eat something that taste good, then you won&#8217;t stick with it.  That is a recipe for failure right there.  Eat foods that are organic, cooked at home, and taste really good.  Use spices to make food flavorful.  And if you want to lose ten pounds fast, then you will do this.</p>
<p><strong>How To Burn More Calories</strong></p>
<p>The second part of the equation is calories out.  You need to burn more calories to accelerate the weight loss process and create a body that is a fat burning machine.  In order to do that you need to do workouts that burn a lot of calories and build lean muscle.</p>
<p>In order to do that you need to do workouts that are of high intensity.  You should be mixing in circuit workouts, with weight lifting workouts, and some cardio.  This creates a totally healthy body.</p>
