Cellulite Reducing Exercises – 3 Little Known Exercises That Burn Fat Fast

It’s that time of year again where we start thinking about wearing shorts… and with that wondering if those cellulite reducing exercises are really going to help you get rid of those embarrassing dimples.
I mean surely you don’t have to go another spring, summer, fall feeling uncomfortable about wearing shorts in public or around your significant other. So, what can you do about it?
In order to get rid of your cellulite you should know that you will have to build lean muscle (especially in the areas where you have cellulite) and burn your excess body fat. These exercises help you to do just that & you can do them from home.
Cellulite Reducing Exercises That Actually Work
Exercise #1: Interval Jump Roping. I know when you were a girl you probably use to jump rope or do some double Dutch for fun with the girls. Well, who knew that jump roping would be such a great workout later in life that can help to get rid of cellulite? Well, it is. But there is a slight key to making it effective in getting rid of cellulite. That is to use intervals. Jump rope for 1 minute hard & then take 20 seconds off. Repeat for 15 minutes. During that time you can mix in double leg jumps and single leg jumps.
Exercise #2: Full Body Weight Squats. One of the biggest crazes right now is home fitness. You really don’t need a “gym membership” to get in the best shape of your life right now. You can easily do it at home, in any room that you have available. One of the absolute best exercises that you can do is “full body weight squats”. This exercise works the entire lower body, and more importantly your trouble areas (butt, thighs, hamstrings). You know… the areas that you have cellulite. The one caution to this exercise is that you have to be careful at the bottom of your squat to keep your knees behind your toes so that you don’t put to much pressure on them. It’s good to do 4-6 sets of 10-15 with a 1 minute break in between to start.
Exercise #3: Double knee hops. This one is fun and challenging. What you do here is stand with your feet body width apart, and jump. While in the air you want to bend and lift both of your knees into a tuck position and up to your stomach. You keep repeating this “jump tuck” position over and over for 20 seconds to start. Then take a 20 second break and repeat. Do this exercise for 5 total minutes. Like I said, it is challenging (but fun & effective).
