Get Rid of Cellulite Exercises

 

If you want to get rid of cellulite you have to build muscle and burn the fat. And these exercises, accomplish both of those in one fell swoop. These exercises can help you build lean muscle, create a calorie deficit by burning excess energy, and in raising your metabolism.

The most important exercises to do are exercises that target large muscle groups, exercises that burn a lot of calories, and exercises that develop lean muscle mass altogether.

My favorite, and the absolute best exercise that there is for getting rid of cellulite is interval sprinting. Sprinting is intense, it develops every major muscle and small muscle of the lower body including the lower back and abdominal muscles. It develops the shoulder muscles and back muscles.

It burns a lot of calories in a very short amount of time. It doesn’t cost anything and you can do it no matter where you live. It is the ultimate exercise.

In the weight room the best exercise that you can do that would help you to get rid of cellulite is a squat press. This exercise can be done with dumbbells, a barbell, no weights at all, or bag of sugar as far as I’m concerned. It’s simply doing a squat and then pressing some type of weight above your head after you finish at the top of the squat.

This exercise works most of the muscles in the lower body and all of the large muscles and it also works most all the muscles in the back both small and large, it targets the shoulder muscles, triceps, and some neck muscles also. Your abdominal muscles slightly come into play also because they must stabilize you as you’re doing this lift.

And last but not least one of my other favorite exercises because it burns a lot of calories while working every major muscle in the body… is rowing. Whether you’re rowing on water or rowing with an indoor rower they are very few exercises that can match the ability and capability of how many calories you can burn using a rowing machine.

A rowing machine works the legs, but, also every major back muscle, your biceps, your abs, your thighs, calves, hamstrings, and your bum. It also helps you live healthier by developing cardiovascular strength. It’s one of my three main ultimate exercises.
