How To Get Rid Of Cellulite On A Treadmill

by admin on September 30, 2011 in 101 Ways To Get Rid Of Cellulite

As much as I like walking and running outside, treadmill workouts are great and can be used to get rid of cellulite in weeks.

Sometimes you can’t even get outside because of weather, or safety, location, or because the only time you have to workout your favorite show is on… and a treadmill is a life saver then.

Either way you can reduce and then eliminate cellulite with a treadmill if you follow these tips.

How To Get Rid Of Cellulite On A Treadmill

    1. Do challenging workouts on the treadmill at least three times per week (and an optional “easy” workout one time per week). You will find that this is going to have a much better effect on those dimples that any of those cellulite creams or any cellulite treatment ever will.

    2. Use interval running to boost fat burning aspect of your workout, while at the same time build lean muscle. Interval running is simply alternating a hard run with a slower more relaxed run or walk. For getting rid of cellulite, this is far better than a nonstop slower jog. It mostly has to do with the type of muscle fiber that is being activated. Start with just a 10 second run at 70% effort, followed by a 30 second walking break. Do this for

    3. Run incline on the treadmill for at least one of your workouts. This will enhance the muscle building aspect of running on a treadmill, burn more fat, burn more calories… and overall increase the effectiveness of the workout.

    4. Workout out for 20 minutes and get both cardiovascular and fat burning benefits if you use interval running.

Keep in mind that these treadmill secrets aren’t for losing weight (although they would work pretty well) they are for cellulite reduction and for getting rid of cellulite with exercise specifically.

Treadmill workouts are great and just like road or track running can help you get rid of the cellulite on your body. If you only run on the treadmill though, then it will feel harder and weird to run on the track or road later.

You may not be able to run as fast, as far, or as long at first, but that is okay. You can still reduce and eliminate cellulite which is our goal for now right?
