I mean if going to a spa & getting a massage or sitting in a hot room or injecting some vitamin solution got rid of fat, wouldn’t there be line out the door. I mean people would be there on their lunch breaks just trying to burn the fat. But they don’t. Because there is no spa that can help you do that. It doesn’t even make scientific sense. So, there is hope, just not at the spa. Instead, use spas to help you relax or recover from a hard exercise routine or just hard day period.
