In order to reduce fat fast, you must create a small calorie deficit. A calorie deficit is simply burning more calories than you consume. Every diet & exercise program out there that is worth anything is all trying to helping you do this. They just usually go about it in some weird and dangerous ways.
This is where fad dieting, fasting, and doing hour long workouts trying to burn 1,000 calories come from.
These are dangerous and can hurt you OR are just to freakin hard to maintain with any consistency. You can eat more and still consume less calories by changing the types of foods that you eat.
Your daily plates should look like: boneless skinless BBQ chicken breast, steamed carrots, and a side of sweet potatoes with a little dollop of butter. If your meals don’t look healthy like this 3 times a day you are putting the wrong foods in and setting your self up to take in to many calories.
Reduce Cellulite With Exercise
Exercises help to reduce cellulite. That’s a fact. The most important exercises that you want to focus on are ones that help you to build lean muscle. Lean muscle is critical to the success of getting rid of cellulite. It increases your metabolism, smooths out fat layers, and help you to burn more calories.
The best cellulite exercise is any variation of squats. Squats are a great full lower body workout for women, helping you to develop lean muscle in your butt, thighs, and behind your legs. I know you would like to reduce cellulite on your thighs… right?
There has been a lot of question as to whether or not you can reduce cellulite with pilates. If pilates is an effective workout for reducing cellulite and fat. I believe that pilates is a nice workout, but just because something makes you sweat or is “hard” doesn’t make it a great workout for building lean muscle.
Yes, pilates is better than not doing anything, but you won’t see the types of results that you need to build your body. It has it’s place. I love pilates. That workout is great for working stabilizer muscles, core strength, concentration, and flexibility.
Can You Reduce Cellulite With Massage?
These has been a long time idea that a massage can help you to reduce cellulite. I don’t mean to disappoint you, but you can not get rid of fat by getting a massage.
If you could we wouldn’t have an obesity epidemic. This stems from the idea that cellulite is a skin problem. Cellulite is not a skin a problem or a weight problem, but a fat issue. Cellulite is really caused simply by having to much excess fat stored in particular storage areas of your body.
Massages do feel great though, and if you want to get one, especially after a hard workout or days work, please by all means. Just don’t put your money into cellulite massages or even “treatment” thinking that you will find relief.
You will be sadly mistaken and have wasted good money after bad by trying to avoid what really needs to be done.
