Honestly the more muscle that you have and the better in shape that you get the less &quot;strict&quot; your diet has to be because your metabolism will increase drastically and you will burn more calories just living.  For people who don&#039;t exercise though they do have to be very careful with how many calories that they take in because they can&#039;t afford to go over their resting metabolic rate.</description>
