Can Exercise Get Rid Of Cellulite?

I get asked this question a lot:

“Can exercise get rid of cellulite?”

The simple answer is “Yes”! We talk a lot about this in our Do This To Get Rid Of Cellulite System…

…BUT exercise alone will not get rid rid of cellulite.

This is a more complex problem than just doing exercises. This is a more complex problem than just getting the right nutrition. This is a more complex problem than just getting a massage.
