To exercise or not to exercise…

That is the question in how to get rid of cellulite…LOL

With all of the cellulite treatments, cellulite creams, cellulite massages, cellulite injections, etc., etc.

Where does Cellulite and Exercise fit in?

In the Beginning!

If you want to get rid of cellulite, and keep it gone for ever, then you will have to incorporate exercise into your cellulite eliminating solution right from the start.

Why?

Let’s talk about what cellulite is. Cellulite is the appearance of (excess) fat being pushed up underneath the skin. It causes this embarrassing phenomenon we call cellulite.

If you noticed the secret there, I said that fat = cellulite. So, if we want to get rid of “cellulite”, we have to get rid of “excess fat”.

We have to turn your body into a fat burning machine. We have to teach your body how to burn a lot of fat all day, even when you are doing absolutely nothing. The best way to do this is to increase your metabolism.

How To Increase Metabolism

The best way to increase your metabolism is by doing the right kind of exercise.

Having a high metabolism is the key to burning tons of fat at rest – Yes, even while sleeping, watching TV or reading.

What is the right kind of exercise?

The right kind of exercise is any exercise that increases your lean body mass. This will increase your metabolism and thus, you’ll burn more excess fat (reduces cellulite) at rest, during normal daily activities and during physical activity.

In Conclusion: Fat = Cellulite!  If your body has a high metabolism, you will be a fat burning machine.You will burn more fat at rest and you will burn more fat doing less physical activity. Exercise is the number 1 way (the biggest factor) to increasing your metabolism.

So many people that don’t exercise or haven’t included as part of their daily lifestyle are the ones that will generally suffer from Cellulite. Keep active starting at a young age and eat right.
