Cellulite is a pain in the butt, no pun intended. It is frustrating and devastates self confidence. It is possible to get rid of cellulite if you follow these simple tips.

Tip #1: If you like your weight, but have cellulite, then your focus is to change your body composition. You need to change your body fat into lean muscle.

Tip #2: If you weigh more than you like and have cellulite, then your focus is two fold. You need to create a calorie deficit so that you can lose weight while at the same time feeding your muscle so that you can change your body composition at the same time.

Tip #3: Your 3 main daily plates should be mostly protein based and have a half plate of veggies and/or fruits.

Tip #4: Don’t eat any foods white in color for at least 6 straight days. You can have a cheat day every 7th day and on that day you can eat what you want as long as your total calorie intake is within 500 of your resting metabolic rate.

Tip #5: You will have to workout if you want to gain lean muscle mass and get some shape to your body. The point is to tone up and get sexy and lean & to turn up your natural fat burning machine.

Tip #6: Don’t procrastinate. Everyday that you wait your cellulite will get worse. You have to start to put these tips to work immediately or you are just digging yourself into a larger and bigger hole.
