I am soooo glad that you are reading this post!

Why?

Because most women don’t realize the importance of exercise when trying to get rid of cellulite.

Because most women don’t get pro-active in trying to get rid of cellulite.

Because most women try to do all the “other” stuff first and find no success getting rid of cellulite.

This tells me that you want to get rid of cellulite and that you will do what it takes to get it done. You are so far ahead of many thousands of women that may never figure out how to get rid of cellulite.

Here’s 3 Great Exercises To Get Rid Of Cellulite:

1. Squats: Squats are considered to be one of the 5 best exercises that exist in the world today, and it is great for increasing lean muscle and reducing fat in the main “trouble” areas that have cellulite. The areas that I am referring to are the thighs, butt, and hamstring areas.

2. Stairs: Oh, this is an awesome exercise and although much like the movement of the squat, jogging or running stairs also brings in the cardio factor. This helps burn additional fat during exercise time. What’s really cool about doing a stair workout is that each leg has to work independently of the other, which helps to keep the body equally strong and balanced on each side.

The only caution I have about stairs is that they can be a little hard on the knees, if you are only doing them on concrete stairs and do them more than once per week. If you can mix in doing them on actual stadium seats (softer impact) or doing them in the comfort of your home, if you have a second story, this will help to lower impact and keep knees fresh.

3. Walking, Jogging, or Running; I know this may blow your mind, but in actuality, any type of physical activity that at least requires you to use your body weight during movement will help you burn more calories, and if you are eating the right, nutritionally rich foods, then you will lose fat and thus, get rid of cellulite.

These are great exercises to get rid of cellulite. I hope that you put them into your arsenal. If you do, I know you’ll find success.
