Get Rid Of Cellulite – 3 Great Exercises

Hey what’s up everybody? Hope you’re doing great. Sorry it’s been a while since I have posted, I have been working on updating the blog, the How To Get Rid Of Cellulite Program and so many other things to help you.

Actually we are in the works of adding a monthly membership that will have video workouts and eating plans and other cool stuff like that too. (Maybe even personal coaching, not sure yet ;)

If you want to get rid of cellulite then you will have to build lean muscle. Lean muscle is the key to increasing your metabolism, burning fat, and getting rid of cellulite.

Get Rid Of Cellulite – 3 Great Exercises

Here are a few really great exercises that will help you to eliminate cellulite.

1. Squats. I love squats. They are fabulous for working out the legs, butt, hips, torso, the total lower body. Now you don’t have to go to a gym to do squats, you can do them from the comfort of your own home. You can do them with a barbell, with dumbbells, or without weight at all. As a matter of fact most of you will start doing them with no weight at all (just body weight).

Tip: Make sure that when you do squats that you start the movement with your butt (your hips). This will help you to keep your knees from going out pass the front of you toes. When you are in the full squat position you don’t want your knees pass your toes because it causes extra strain on them and there is no need to get injured. If you aren’t flexible enough to do a full squat that’s ok, just start with a half or quarter squat until you get more flexible.

2. Rowing. I love rowing too. ;) It is a total body exercise that is easy on the body. But don’t get confused, it’s a heck of a workout. You are working your full body here. You are burning a heck of a lot of calories in a short amount of time, and you are building lean muscle in your entire body. That’s exactly what you want to do. Burn the fat build the muscle. Not Bulky muscle, just lean sexy fat burning muscle.

3. Walking. Believe it or not, walking is a great way to burn some cals and get in shape. It’s a great lead in to jogging and interval running, which if you own Do This To Get Rid Of Cellulite, you know how much of a fan I am of interval running. Walking takes a little longer to burn the calories, but in the end it’s still the battle of total calories in versus total calories out, and if you win that battle while maintaining lean muscle mass with your diet and exercise then you win the cellulite battle.
