If you have cellulite on your legs and are frustrated with that and would like know how to get rid of cellulite on your legs, then you should be excited to read this post.

In this post I am going to tell you how to get rid of leg cellulite. It’s not what you may think or what’s popular I should say. What’s popular is that you should go on a pill that “speeds up your metabolism”, get some insane liposuction, get in your “fat burning” zone or something.

It’s all false.

None of that works and that’s why there are so many woman struggling with cellulite.

How Do You Get Rid Of Cellulite On Your Legs

Let’s talk about exercise first today. Low intensity workouts suck for getting rid of cellulite. They are great if you are just trying to get in better shape, cardiovascular shape that is. They are good for burning some calories if you go workout for a long time, but they aren’t the best activity to do by any stretch of the imagination.

Why do fat burning zone workouts burn less fat?

When you get into the fat burning zone you use fat as your main energy source and burn mostly fat during the workout, but it still comes down to total calories in versus total calories out. And if you want to burn a lot of calories per amount of time you workout you have to get intense. You have to do exercises that build lean muscle mass.

These types of workouts not only burn more calories during your workout, they burn more fat post workout. And because you’re building lean muscle you’re increasing your metabolism and that’s how you burn even more fat, get rid of even more cellulite, and keep the cellulite from coming back.

Exercises To Get Rid Of Cellulite On Legs

My fave exercises for getting rid of on your legs are squats, interval running or sprinting, and cross training circuits.

Squats are the perfect leg workout and they also strengthen other parts of the lower body like the lower back, hip muscles, ankles, and knees.

Interval running is simply running fast then having some sort of active rest and then running fast again for a specific period of time. Maybe 2 minutes on and 1 minute off for 20+ total minutes.

Cross training circuits is something that I personally like a lot. It involves getting out of the gym and doing a mix of running, weights (or body weight), and whatever else you like like biking or plyometrics, bear crawls, push ups and stuff like that. It’s non stop explosive movement for 20+ minutes.

Diet To Lose Cellulite

Now I can’t close this without talking a little bit about dieting to get rid of cellulite. If you eat like a hog you will look and feel like a hog. I ain’t sayin’ you gotta’ not eat good tasty foods and meals or never have a banana split. Not at all actually. I eat whatever I want now and I maintain a body that makes me happy and even in off peak I stay under 7% body fat, which is great for a dude.

How should you eat?

Obviously for now you have to cut back on calories, you’ll want to create a calorie deficit. Meaning you need to burn more calories than you consume day in and day out.

The next most important thing is to eat enough protein that you can increase lean muscle mass.
