How to get rid of cellulite: The intro!

I know… It’s so frustrating!

You get all ready to head down to the pool.
You put on your bathing suit.
And… bam, That’s when you see it.

Cellulite!

Those little (and some times big) dimples that are showing up on your “trouble areas”.
Those dimples on your butt, thighs, back of legs, and even sometimes on your stomach.

So, now what?

Do you head down to the pool anyway in your bikini?
Do you switch and put on that one piece instead with shorts (God forbid)?
Do you just put on your it’s ok face, happens to all women, & head on down to enjoy the water?

…Feeling a insecure about how you look, and if others are looking to.

This is a decision that, if you don’t do anything, you will have to think about every time you strip down into clothes that don’t cover up your whole body.

Whether you are heading down to the pool.
Slipping into some shorts.
About to enjoy a few intimate moments with your lover.
Or any other activity that you don’t want to be fully covered in longs sleeves and jeans.

The other problem is that you can’t wear tight clothes either. You can see the cellulite through them too.

Both aerobic and weight lifting can do wonders on getting rid or minimize cellulite in our legs and other parts of the body.

Yeah that is true. Very true. They are both important factors in helping to get rid of cellulite. They both helping to create calorie deficits and get rid of fat (cellulite).
