Hey there what’s up.

So, you made it to part 7 of the How To Get Rid Of Cellulite Blog series.

There has been a lot of little tid bits covered in this series so far.

If this is your first time here you may want to start with Part 1 and work your way here. Each post is not long, but there is important and vital bit sized pieces of information about getting rid of cellulite you’ll want to know in order to be successful.

In this part we will talk about how to get rid of cellulite with exercise. Actually we aren’t even going to talk much about cellulite exercises in this post as we are just going to talk about physical activity.

Yes, there are some great exercises and in part 9 I will reveal the #1 exercise to get rid of cellulite. But before we go there I wanted to say that your first goal should just be to get used to being active.

You need to make a habit of becoming physically active. This is more important than a particular exercise. You have to make changes in your lifestyle.

Why?

Because if getting rid of fat (the root cause of cellulite) is your goal, then the KEY is to consistently burn more calories than you take in. Basically you need to consistently create a calorie deficit while maintaining lean muscle mass.

In order to do that, you’ll want to consistently become more physically active… And we have found that if you’ll start by doing activities that you love then you’ll do it more often.

The key is consistency.

You want to have a trend of being physically active. A good trend of burning more calories than you take in while maintaining your lean muscle mass.
