		<description>@Bill Smith:  lol ;)  The reason I wrote this was because if we learn how to take small success (like losing one pound) and build on that we can have big success.  Many times people want to lose 10 pounds, but they want to lose it all at once.  They don&#039;t say that, but by their actions that&#039;s what they are thinking.  So, they get started and they lose 1 or 2 pounds, then they quit.  But if they would have been tracking and measuring their success, they would have seen this and then they could have built off of that small success and actually reached their goal of 10 pounds lossed.</description>
