			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>If you&#8217;ve been wondering about <strong>getting rid of cellulite through exercise</strong>, but aren&#8217;t sure if it will work or what to do or expect, then you&#8217;ll like this post as we cover a few frequently asked question about using exercise to get rid of cellulite.</p>
<p>Getting rid of cellulite is has been a challenge for most women and it is said that 90% of all women (at some point in their life) will suffer from having it.  That&#8217;s a lot.  But it doesn&#8217;t have to be that way.  You can get rid of cellulite and keep it from coming back for good.</p>
<h2>Frequently Asked Questions About Getting Rid of Cellulite Through Exercise</h2>
<p>Q:  Can exercise get rid of cellulite?<br />
A:  Yes.  Exercise can get rid of cellulite because it burns the fat (causes cellulite), it builds lean muscle (smoothes out the area and increase metabolism), and is a natural preventer of cellulite.  Exercise is the most important factor in getting rid of cellulite, but you can&#8217;t go at it alone with just exercise.  You do need to have a diet that has some resemblance of good.</p>
<p>Q:  What types of exercise should I do in order to get rid of my cellulite on my legs?<br />
A:  The focus of your exercise should be on developing lean lower body muscles.  Next your focus should be on doing high intensity workouts in short burst.  Then you should add more attention to full body muscle development without losing the attention to the previous two.</p>
<p>Q:  Can I get rid of cellulite with exercise alone?<br />
A:  There&#8217;s no straight answer for that.  I would say for most women yes.  But that&#8217;s not true for all women.  The reason is that in order for exercise to really be effective you have to eat enough protein to support it.  Not only that you can&#8217;t just eat junk all day and expect that you won&#8217;t see some of the consequences on your body in the form of fat (you are what you eat is very true).  You don&#8217;t have to be a &#8220;diet fanatic&#8221;, but it has to be in the ball park.</p>
<p>Q:  Will my cellulite come back after I get rid of it?<br />
A:  Not if you use exercise (&amp; basic diet rules) to get rid of it and continue to use those same principles after your cellulite is gone.</p>
<p>Q:  How long and how often should I exercise?<br />
A:  I recommend that you exercise hard at least 3-4 times per week for 12-30 minutes.  It depends on the type of exercise that you are doing and the rest time that is involved.  On 1-2 other days doing a light exercise will be great (walking, team/recreation sports, roller skating).  On your &#8220;hard days&#8221; your focus should be on high intensity interval training that builds lean muscle.</p>

<p>This is a more complex problem than just doing exercises. This is a more complex problem than just getting the right nutrition. This is a more complex problem than just getting a massage.</p>

<p><em>Where does Cellulite and Exercise fit in?</em></p>
<p>In the Beginning!</p>
<p>If you want to get rid of cellulite, and keep it gone for ever, then you will have to incorporate exercise into your cellulite eliminating solution right from the start.</p>
<p>Why?</p>
<p>Let’s talk about what cellulite is. Cellulite is the appearance of (excess) fat being pushed up underneath the skin. It causes this embarrassing phenomenon we call cellulite.</p>
<p>If you noticed the secret there, I said that fat = cellulite. So, if we want to get rid of “cellulite”, we have to get rid of “excess fat”.</p>
<p>We have to turn your body into a fat burning machine. We have to teach your body how to burn a lot of fat all day, even when you are doing absolutely nothing. The best way to do this is to increase your metabolism.</p>
<p><em>How To Increase Metabolism</em></p>
<p>The best way to increase your metabolism is by doing the right kind of exercise.</p>
<p>Having a high metabolism is the key to burning tons of fat at rest – Yes, even while sleeping, watching TV or reading.</p>
<p><em>What is the right kind of exercise?</em></p>
<p>The right kind of exercise is any exercise that increases your lean body mass. This will increase your metabolism and thus, you’ll burn more excess fat (reduces cellulite) at rest, during normal daily activities and during physical activity.</p>
<p><strong>In Conclusion: Fat = Cellulite!</strong>  If your body has a high metabolism, you will be a fat burning machine.You will burn more fat at rest and you will burn more fat doing less physical activity. Exercise is the number 1 way (the biggest factor) to increasing your metabolism.</p>
