			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>If you want to lift, shape, tone, and firm your butt while getting rid of cellulite, then you will love to hate this cellulite exercise&#8230; Good Mornings.</p>
<p>Now the name infers that the exercise has to do with doing something in the morning, but it doesn&#8217;t.  It&#8217;s actually just the name of the exercise. lol</p>
<p>Good Mornings are a total booty, lower back, and hamstring exercise.  Meaning it will work your all of your booty muscles, your lower back muscles, and your hamstring muscles.</p>
<p>This is great news because your bum and behind your legs is where cellulite gets really bad, yet it&#8217;s a very important feature (that&#8217;s often seen) for women.</p>
<p>If using Good Mornings only to get rid of cellulite, then you should do them three times per week.  Focus on doing them consistently with a controlled slow tempo for 20-30 seconds.  Then break for one minute and repeat the exercise.</p>
<p>Do this for 10 minutes each workout day.  The con to this workout is that it doesn&#8217;t build or develop the thigh muscles, so you will want to add an exercise to the workout that will develop lean muscle &#038; strength in your thighs.</p>
<p><em>How do you do Good Mornings?</em></p>
<p>You sit a barbell (medicine or fitness ball or sandbag) or your neck, and with your chest up and out, head up, and shoulders back&#8230; you &#8220;bow&#8221; forward.</p>
<p>You bow over till your upper body is parallel to the ground.  Then you return to a standing position.  Keep your legs straight, and start the movement or &#8220;bow&#8221; with your hips back first.</p>

<p>This exercise will most definitely help you to eliminate cellulite, but you must start slow with this workout until you build up more strength.  Form is extremely important, and you may want to get a massage afterward once a week when you start this exercise.</p>
<p>For sure you will want to stretch after each and every workout and you will want to do some sit ups or crunches to strengthen your stomach to help support your lower back.  </p>
<p>Take your time with this exercise as at first you will start to see cellulite reduction, then the appearance will continue to go away as your body fat drops (specifically when it drops in cellulite areas) &#038; you build lean muscle.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hey what’s up everybody? Hope you’re doing great. Sorry it’s been a while since I have posted, I have been working on updating the blog, the How To Get Rid Of Cellulite Program and so many other things to help you.</p>
<p>Actually we are in the works of adding a monthly membership that will have video workouts and eating plans and other cool stuff like that too. (Maybe even personal coaching, not sure yet <img src='http://dothistogetridofcellulite.com/blog/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>If you want to get rid of cellulite then you will have to build lean muscle. Lean muscle is the key to increasing your metabolism, burning fat, and getting rid of cellulite.</p>
<p><strong>Get Rid Of Cellulite – 3 Great Exercises</strong></p>
<p>Here are a few really great exercises that will help you to eliminate cellulite.</p>
<p><strong>1. Squats. I love squats.</strong> They are fabulous for working out the legs, butt, hips, torso, the total lower body. Now you don’t have to go to a gym to do squats, you can do them from the comfort of your own home. You can do them with a barbell, with dumbbells, or without weight at all. As a matter of fact most of you will start doing them with no weight at all (just body weight).</p>
<p><strong>Tip:</strong> Make sure that when you do squats that you start the movement with your butt (your hips). This will help you to keep your knees from going out pass the front of you toes. When you are in the full squat position you don’t want your knees pass your toes because it causes extra strain on them and there is no need to get injured. If you aren’t flexible enough to do a full squat that’s ok, just start with a half or quarter squat until you get more flexible.</p>
<p><strong>2. Rowing.</strong> I love rowing too. <img src='http://dothistogetridofcellulite.com/blog/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';)' class='wp-smiley' />  It is a total body exercise that is easy on the body. But don’t get confused, it’s a heck of a workout. You are working your full body here. You are burning a heck of a lot of calories in a short amount of time, and you are building lean muscle in your entire body. That’s exactly what you want to do. Burn the fat build the muscle. Not Bulky muscle, just lean sexy fat burning muscle.</p>
<p><strong>3. Walking.</strong> Believe it or not, walking is a great way to burn some cals and get in shape. It’s a great lead in to jogging and interval running, which if you own Do This To Get Rid Of Cellulite, you know how much of a fan I am of interval running. Walking takes a little longer to burn the calories, but in the end it’s still the battle of total calories in versus total calories out, and if you win that battle while maintaining lean muscle mass with your diet and exercise then you win the cellulite battle.</p>

<p>So, you made it to part 7 of the How To Get Rid Of Cellulite Blog series.</p>
<p>There has been a lot of little tid bits covered in this series so far.</p>
<p>If this is your first time here you may want to start with Part 1 and work your way here. Each post is not long, but there is important and vital bit sized pieces of information about getting rid of cellulite you’ll want to know in order to be successful.</p>
<p>In this part we will talk about how to get rid of cellulite with exercise. Actually we aren’t even going to talk much about cellulite exercises in this post as we are just going to talk about physical activity.</p>
<p>Yes, there are some great exercises and in part 9 I will reveal the #1 exercise to get rid of cellulite. But before we go there I wanted to say that your first goal should just be to get used to being active.</p>
<p>You need to make a habit of becoming physically active. This is more important than a particular exercise. You have to make changes in your lifestyle.</p>
<p>Why?</p>
<p>Because if getting rid of fat (the root cause of cellulite) is your goal, then the KEY is to consistently burn more calories than you take in while doing activities that will support lean muscle growth &#038; maintenance. Basically you need to consistently create a calorie deficit while maintaining lean muscle mass.</p>
<p>In order to do that, you’ll want to consistently become more physically active&#8230; And we have found that if you’ll start by doing activities that you love then you’ll do it more often.</p>
<p>The key is consistency.</p>
<p>You want to have a trend of being physically active. A good trend of burning more calories than you take in while maintaining your lean muscle mass.</p>

<p>Why?</p>
<p>Because most women don’t realize the importance of exercise when trying to get rid of cellulite.</p>
<p>Because most women don’t <a href="http://dothistogetridofcellulite.com/blog">get pro-active in trying to get rid of cellulite</a>.</p>
<p>Because most women try to do all the “other” stuff first and find no success getting rid of cellulite.</p>
<p>This tells me that you want to get rid of cellulite and that you will do what it takes to get it done. You are so far ahead of many thousands of women that may never figure out how to get rid of cellulite.</p>
<p><strong>Here’s 3 Great Exercises To Get Rid Of Cellulite:</strong></p>
<p><strong>1. Squats:</strong> Squats are considered to be one of the 5 best exercises that exist in the world today, and it is great for increasing lean muscle and reducing fat in the main “trouble” areas that have cellulite. The areas that I am referring to are the thighs, butt, and hamstring areas.</p>
<p><strong>2. Stairs:</strong> Oh, this is an awesome exercise and although much like the movement of the squat, jogging or running stairs also brings in the cardio factor. This helps burn additional fat during exercise time. What’s really cool about doing a stair workout is that each leg has to work independently of the other, which helps to keep the body equally strong and balanced on each side.</p>
<p>The only caution I have about stairs is that they can be a little hard on the knees, if you are only doing them on concrete stairs and do them more than once per week. If you can mix in doing them on actual stadium seats (softer impact) or doing them in the comfort of your home, if you have a second story, this will help to lower impact and keep knees fresh.</p>
<p><strong>3. Walking, Jogging, or Running:</strong> I know this may blow your mind, but in actuality, any type of physical activity that at least requires you to use your body weight during movement will help you burn more calories, and if you are eating the right, nutritionally rich foods, then you will lose fat and thus, get rid of cellulite.</p>
<p>These are great exercises to get rid of cellulite. I hope that you put them into your arsenal. If you do, I know you’ll find success.</p>
