<p><strong>Tip #1:</strong>  1 Minute workouts.  I love these little workouts.  What you do is during your normal 9-5 day, do a 1 minute exercise routine every hour on the hour.  Just stop for 60 seconds and do an exercise.  These exercises should be ones that you will build lean muscle and can be done with or without weights.  Body weight is fine.</p>

<p><strong>Exercise #2: </strong> Full Body Weight Squats.  One of the biggest crazes right now is home fitness.  You really don&#8217;t need a &#8220;gym membership&#8221; to get in the best shape of your life right now.  You can easily do it at home, in any room that you have available.  One of the absolute best exercises that you can do is &#8220;full body weight squats&#8221;.  This exercise works the entire lower body, and more importantly your trouble areas (butt, thighs, hamstrings).  You know… the areas that you have cellulite.  The one caution to this exercise is that you have to be careful at the bottom of your squat to keep your knees behind your toes so that you don&#8217;t put to much pressure on them.  It&#8217;s good to do 4-6 sets of 10-15 with a 1 minute break in between to start.</p>
<p><strong>Exercise #3:</strong>  Double knee hops.  This one is fun and challenging.  What you do here is stand with your feet body width apart, and jump.  While in the air you want to bend and lift both of your knees into a tuck position and up to your stomach.  You keep repeating this &#8220;jump tuck&#8221; position over and over for 20 seconds to start.  Then take a 20 second break and repeat.  Do this exercise for 5 total minutes.  Like I said, it is challenging (but fun &amp; effective).</p>
<p>Now that you know a few <em>cellulite reducing exercises</em> that will help you to burn fat fast, slim &amp; tone your lower body, and feel great about your physical self, you can get started taking action right now.  Don&#8217;t put off tomorrow what you can do today.</p>

<p>It can be an experience that you never want again.  And because of that, we have below a few tips that will help you to blast cellulite.  To get rid of it forever and never have to worry about getting it again.  It is easier than you think to become cellulite free, but you have to follow these tips, and actually take action on them.</p>
<p><strong>How To Get Rid Of Cellulite on Your Thighs</strong></p>
<p><strong>Tip #1:</strong>  Use small plates at all of your meals.  Small plates help to keep from over eating at meal time.  It helps you to automatically keep from having that &#8220;eye bigger than your stomach&#8221; syndrome.  It helps you to eat less at eat meal, so that you can eat more meals and avoid spikes in blood sugar that cause you to store fat (the cause of cellulite).</p>
<p><strong>Tip #2</strong>:  Do 15 front squats, 4 times per day, 3 days per week.  Front squats are one of the best exercises for getting rid of cellulite.  They build lean muscle in the areas where you need it most.  Building lean muscle, especially in the areas where you have cellulite, is critical to the success of getting rid of it.</p>
<p><strong>Tip #3:</strong>  Try Low Calorie Yogurt once a day, 5 days a week.  Try eating a low calorie yogur (not the ones with fruit at the bottom) Monday-Friday for a snack (in between Breakfast &amp; Lunch).  This is to help you get more protein in your diet.</p>
<p><strong>Tip #4:</strong>  Add slow-carbs to every meal.  Slow carbs are good carbs and that come from foods that are good for you.  Slow-carbs get their name because these are the ones that are absorbed &#8220;slow&#8221; into your body.</p>
<p>Now that you know how to get rid of cellulite on your thighs, you can start taking these action steps to becoming cellulite free in no time.  It just takes daily baby steps in the right direction.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hey what’s up everybody? Hope you’re doing great. Sorry it’s been a while since I have posted, I have been working on updating the blog, the How To Get Rid Of Cellulite Program and so many other things to help you.</p>
<p>Actually we are in the works of adding a monthly membership that will have video workouts and eating plans and other cool stuff like that too. (Maybe even personal coaching, not sure yet <img src='http://dothistogetridofcellulite.com/blog/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>If you want to get rid of cellulite then you will have to build lean muscle. Lean muscle is the key to increasing your metabolism, burning fat, and getting rid of cellulite.</p>
<p><strong>Get Rid Of Cellulite – 3 Great Exercises</strong></p>
<p>Here are a few really great exercises that will help you to eliminate cellulite.</p>
<p><strong>1. Squats. I love squats.</strong> They are fabulous for working out the legs, butt, hips, torso, the total lower body. Now you don’t have to go to a gym to do squats, you can do them from the comfort of your own home. You can do them with a barbell, with dumbbells, or without weight at all. As a matter of fact most of you will start doing them with no weight at all (just body weight).</p>
<p><strong>Tip:</strong> Make sure that when you do squats that you start the movement with your butt (your hips). This will help you to keep your knees from going out pass the front of you toes. When you are in the full squat position you don’t want your knees pass your toes because it causes extra strain on them and there is no need to get injured. If you aren’t flexible enough to do a full squat that’s ok, just start with a half or quarter squat until you get more flexible.</p>
<p><strong>2. Rowing.</strong> I love rowing too. <img src='http://dothistogetridofcellulite.com/blog/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';)' class='wp-smiley' />  It is a total body exercise that is easy on the body. But don’t get confused, it’s a heck of a workout. You are working your full body here. You are burning a heck of a lot of calories in a short amount of time, and you are building lean muscle in your entire body. That’s exactly what you want to do. Burn the fat build the muscle. Not Bulky muscle, just lean sexy fat burning muscle.</p>
<p><strong>3. Walking.</strong> Believe it or not, walking is a great way to burn some cals and get in shape. It’s a great lead in to jogging and interval running, which if you own Do This To Get Rid Of Cellulite, you know how much of a fan I am of interval running. Walking takes a little longer to burn the calories, but in the end it’s still the battle of total calories in versus total calories out, and if you win that battle while maintaining lean muscle mass with your diet and exercise then you win the cellulite battle.</p>

<p>In this post we will talk about how nutrition relates to getting cellulite.</p>
<p>There is two important points, that we talked about in previous post, that you must first understand.</p>
<p>1. The root cause of cellulite is excess fat!<br />
2. The root cause of excess fat is a consistent daily excess of leftover calories (aka energy taken in).</p>
<p>This is an important phenomenon to understand. That cellulite is caused by an excess of fat. And an excess of fat is caused by consistently having too many left over calories.</p>
<p><em>So, how does nutrition play apart in left over calories?</em></p>
<p>Nutrition is the only way that you take in calories. It’s the biggest reason for leftover calories. Nutrition is extremely important in getting rid of cellulite. If you learn to take in the right nutrition and number of calories, then you will discover how to lose cellulite.</p>
<p><em>What type of nutrition?</em></p>
<p>Your get rid of cellulite plan should have a nutrition plan that doesn’t have you “calorie counting”, but helps you to maintain lean muscle, be healthy, and at the same time create a consistent daily calorie deficit.</p>
<p><strong>3 Foods To Avoid</strong></p>
<p>1.  Any &#8220;white&#8221;.  No white flour, no white bread, no white sugar.  Those will cover most of the &#8220;white&#8221; foods.</p>
<p>2.  Nothing packaged, boxed, or canned.  There is a small exception with the canned food.  If you have to choose whether you are not going to have a vegetable with your meal or having one from a can&#8230; go with the can.  In this case it is better, but you should try to eat fresh.</p>
<p>3.  No high calorie drinks.  </p>

<p>Why?</p>
<p>Because I am going to talk about the #1 exercise to get rid of cellulite.</p>
<p>&#8230;But before I get started I want you to understand why exercise is even important at all.</p>
<p><strong>How To Get Rid Of Cellulite</strong></p>
<p>1st. The root cause of cellulite is fat.</p>
<p>2nd. In order to get rid of fat you must maintain lean body mass, while creating a small calorie deficit consistently.</p>
<p>3rd. You want to first work on increasing or maintaining lean body mass mainly in your large muscle groups like upper legs (including butt), chest, and back.</p>
<p>Why are the large muscle groups so important?</p>
<p>2 reasons:</p>
<p>1. Because whenever you work the large muscle groups you burn more calories per time worked.<br />
2. The more muscle, in the large muscle groups, that you have the more calories you’ll burn at rest.</p>
<p><strong>What Is The #1 Exercise that you can do to get rid of cellulite?</strong></p>
<p>Interval Running!</p>
<p>By far this is the most effective exercise for burning fat (getting rid of cellulite).</p>
<p>Why?</p>
<p>Because running works the large muscle groups, especially in the trouble areas. Because running builds lean muscle. Because running gets the heart rate up and burns a lot of calories per amount of time exercised.</p>
<p>Running by far is the #1 best exercise for getting rid of cellulite.</p>
<p>I didn’t say jogging. I said running. Now, you just don’t jump into running. Start by walking first. Then work to interval jogging. Then pick up the pace.</p>
<p>Work up to interval running at your own pace.</p>

<p>So, you made it to part 7 of the How To Get Rid Of Cellulite Blog series.</p>
<p>There has been a lot of little tid bits covered in this series so far.</p>
<p>If this is your first time here you may want to start with Part 1 and work your way here. Each post is not long, but there is important and vital bit sized pieces of information about getting rid of cellulite you’ll want to know in order to be successful.</p>
<p>In this part we will talk about how to get rid of cellulite with exercise. Actually we aren’t even going to talk much about cellulite exercises in this post as we are just going to talk about physical activity.</p>
<p>Yes, there are some great exercises and in part 9 I will reveal the #1 exercise to get rid of cellulite. But before we go there I wanted to say that your first goal should just be to get used to being active.</p>
<p>You need to make a habit of becoming physically active. This is more important than a particular exercise. You have to make changes in your lifestyle.</p>
<p>Why?</p>
<p>Because if getting rid of fat (the root cause of cellulite) is your goal, then the KEY is to consistently burn more calories than you take in while doing activities that will support lean muscle growth &#038; maintenance. Basically you need to consistently create a calorie deficit while maintaining lean muscle mass.</p>
<p>In order to do that, you’ll want to consistently become more physically active&#8230; And we have found that if you’ll start by doing activities that you love then you’ll do it more often.</p>
<p>The key is consistency.</p>
<p>You want to have a trend of being physically active. A good trend of burning more calories than you take in while maintaining your lean muscle mass.</p>
