…But “accidentally” there were some pictures of her that popped up on the Internet without having been fixed up and then they were taken down and the right ones were put up.

Well Kim came forward and said that she didn’t care that that had happened and really embraced it. Basically she said that more women than you know (including supermodels and other celebs) have cellulite.

I tell this story for two reasons.

1. Yes, you have cellulite, but your world isn’t over. There is a way to get rid of it and it starts with your attitude and your desire to really want to do this.

2. At the end of the news article about Kim in Yahoo, she lets you in on a little secret. Even with all the money and connections in the world… she realizes that in order to get rid of cellulite you have to do a little work. You have to hit the gym and exercise (or do it at home). She said that this little “exposure” (mishap) has given her the motivation to work hard this year.

She didn’t say that she was going go out and by the next miracle cream.
She didn’t say that she was going to go get surgery.
She didn’t say that there was some secret pill that she has to pop and it all goes away.

The real question is what type of exercise do you do?
The real question is what else is important and involved? (Nutrition, mental, how often, ect…)
