			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>With life being so busy and sometimes it seems we don&#8217;t have enough time in the day for anything, let alone getting in a good workout or trying to take time to <strong>get rid of cellulite</strong>&#8230;</p>
<p>&#8230;There is a little fix for that called: <em>in bed workouts</em>.</p>
<p>That way you can knock out your workout right when you are about to start your day.  </p>
<p>Even if you aren&#8217;t a morning person, this will help you wake up and get started on your day with renewed energy and blood flow, and excitement know that you have already gotten your cellulite burning workout in.</p>
<p>Now you are trying to accomplish a few things when doing your in bed workouts in order to get rid of your cellulite (butt, stomach, thighs) and that&#8217;s to: build lean muscle, burn fat, boost your metabolism.</p>
<p>Those are the key elements in a successful cellulite reduction and elimination program.</p>
<p><strong>How To Get Rid Of Cellulite With In Bed Workouts</strong></p>
<p>1.  Start by doing exercises at least 4 times per week.  The exercises don&#8217;t have to be long, as a matter of fact they three of the workouts should be between 7-11 minutes long&#8230; and you will still see amazing results in a short amount of time.</p>
<p>2.  Only do 3 hard workouts, the other should be a light workout that should last closer to the 11 minute workout mark.</p>
<p>3.  Focus on doing exercises that will build lean muscle in your lower body and in your major muscles all over.</p>
<p>Laurel House, has really done a great job of putting together a series of &#8220;bed workout&#8221; videos to help you get started working it out girl.  The one that I will post below is called:  <em>Trim Thighs, Quickie Workout in Bed</em>.</p>
<p><strong>Laurel House</strong> loves to do these workouts either right before she goes to bed, or right when she wakes up in the morning like what I suggested above.  These series of videos she did for ExerciseTV on YouTube.</p>
<p>What I like about her workouts is that they agree with one of my main philosophies about getting fit, burning fat, and increasing your fitness level&#8230; she does the exercises based on getting fatigued&#8230; and not just a certain amount of reps.</p>
<p>This is how you keep pushing yourself to become better, stronger, fitter, and overall&#8230; happier.  This is how you go to the next level and actually reach your goals.  This is how your workout stays fresh and how you keep an eye on where you are physically.</p>

<p>In a effort to make sure that are blog readers are armed with all of the information and help that they need to <a href="http://dothistogetridofcellulite.com/blog">get rid of cellulite doing exercises and activities</a> that they love (or at least like) to do&#8230; we have now added biking as a great way to get rid of and combat cellulite.</p>
<p><strong>Three Ways To Use A Bike To Eliminate Cellulite</strong></p>
<p><strong>1.  Interval biking.</strong>  Interval biking is biking hard for a bit, then coasting for a bit.  When you do this you force the body to recruit more lean muscle in areas like your bum, thighs, and calves and when that happens you not only burn a ton of calories because it takes a lot of energy to move those muscles like that, but you also build lean muscle in the areas that you need it most.</p>
<p><strong>2.  Uphill biking.</strong>  Uphill biking is just what the name describes&#8230;biking uphill, but the question is: why is does this help?  It helps because once again it forces your body to recruit more muscle in order for you to complete the task of getting up the hill.  This recruitment of more muscle fiber builds muscle and blast fat and burns calories fast.  All of this means that you will get rid of your cellulite.</p>
<p><strong>3.  High gear riding.</strong>  It&#8217;s easy to go out on your bike ride and put it in a low gear and take a nice cruz where you don&#8217;t have to work very hard, but that&#8217;s not our purpose for this bike ride.  We want to get rid of cellulite right?  We want to burn fat right?  So, with that said, high gear bike riding is an amazing exercise that will help you to get rid of those dimples.  High hear riding is a little tougher and causes you to really have to work in order to move the bike and get down the street.  For our purposes, this is a good thing.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>If you have been trying to get rid of cellulite, but with no success and find yourself thinking: <strong>“why can’t I get rid of my cellulite?&#8221;</strong>, then you will love this short, but informative post.</p>
<p>First let me make sure that you are fighting the right battle.</p>
<p>Cellulite is caused by excess fat.</p>
<p>If you want to get rid of cellulite, then you have to get rid of excess fat.</p>
<p>If you are not doing activities or making lifestyle changes that help you get rid of fat, then you are not going to be able to get rid of your cellulite.</p>
<p><em>Why Can’t I Get Rid Of Cellulite???</em></p>
<p>Now that we have gone over the basics, lets get more specific.</p>
<p>If you want to <a href="http://dothistogetridofcellulite.com/blog">get rid of cellulite fast</a> you have to do this:</p>
<p>1. Create a small calorie deficit.<br />
2. Eat enough protein to support an increase in lean muscle mass.<br />
3. Do workouts that burn a lot of calories per amount of time worked.<br />
4. Do exercises that build lean muscle.<br />
5. Be consistent long enough to see results.</p>
<p>If you aren’t doing everything that I listed above then you aren’t going to get rid of your cellulite.</p>
<p>There are no magic pills, no magic surgeries, no magic creams or massages that are going to get rid of your fat.</p>
<p>If you aren’t losing fat, then it’s because you are probably not creating a small calorie deficit while maintaining or increasing in lean body mass (muscle). This means that you are either eating more than you think in total calories&#8230; or not burning as much calories as you think you are during your day.  AND you&#8217;re not doing exercises that will develop lean muscle.</p>
<p>Start by increasing your intensity during your workouts and also by working out a little longer. Maybe add another set to each exercise or a few extra hard minutes to your circuits.</p>
<p>Secondly, you need to cut back on your calories a little more. Eat a little more clean and eat foods that are cooked at home and organic. The only sides that you should have should be either soups, veggies, or fruits.</p>
<p>If you are still struggling, then keep a food journal for 2 weeks. Right down everything that you eat. At the end of the week, on progress report day (Sunday), go back and calculate the calories of those meals.</p>
<p>Don’t forget to write down what the meals were cooked in&#8230; and any sauces or condiments that were added to them. Don’t cheat, this is only to help you get a better idea of what is going on.</p>
<p>You might also want to look into the 1200 calorie diet.</p>
<p>Start with this. Make the necessary changes and then track progress. If you see results then stick with it until those results diminish. Then kick it up a notch again. Go back look at the list above and see if you can do better in those areas. Track and measure the results again.</p>
